Favorite Movies

I have favorite movies, usually based on one scene. This is my first shot at capturing some of those movies.

A Mel Gibson movie. The unforgettable scene is when Gibson's character is spoken to by his youngest daughter, begging him not to leave.

We Were Soldiers
A Mel Gibson Movie. Mel Gibson's character imploring a journalist to write about how his troopers died.

Mel Gibson's character yelling freedom just before dying.

Courage Under Fire
Denzel Washington's character explaining to the parents of a soldier he killed, a close friend and their son.

October Sky
The son explaining to his dad who his real hero is.

Wicker Park
The final scene.

Just Married
The final scene.

Sleepless in Seattle
"She made everything beautiful."

Jerry Magwire
"You got me at hello"

Out of Africa
Beautiful movie, especially the scenes after Redford's character dies tragically.

Field of Dreams
When Costner's character asks his dad to play catch.

Somewhere in Time
Beautiful movie.

Bicentennial Man
A movie that could have focused on the technical aspects of such a possibility and instead focused on the "humanity" of a robot. Very touching. Very kind.

Forrest Gump
Asking if he could approach his son.
